Syeda Raji is a visual artist in Massachusetts, where she has been painting since childhood, and specifically with oils for over a decade, since her first class at Acorn School of Art in Marblehead in 2009. She studied communications and fine art at Northeastern University in Boston, Burren College of Art in Ireland, and Bond University in Australia. Subsequently she pursued premedical studies at Harvard University, where she had a peek into the discipline involved in medicine, which has also influenced her art practice.

Since 2009, her paintings have been shown in several group shows and solo exhibitions in Boston, Cambridge, Somerville, New York City, and internationally.
